You were always kind, soft-spoken, reflective, I never heard you swear (even if there was a just cause). Many people would like to influence, add their two cents and give advice for what your issue/problem/circumstance that they were discussing with you. You just listened... no judgement, no advice. Sometimes, that is what we all need from time to time. You would listen and have a little smile, that little smile would let people know that it was going to be okay. A great listener.
